A rainy London Town made in Unreal Engine 4. All materials and textures were made with substance designer and everything was modeled in Maya 2022.
I wanted to make a town featuring a 1900's London square, some buildings were based on those found in Piccadilly square around that time. I had based my original Map layout on the square, and then populated the rest of the level with simpler buildings simply to seal the player in the level during gameplay.
All materials are PBR Materials made in Substance designer, using as many references as I could from 1900's London. The mood I went for was rainy and dreary, similar to the Their franchise, which was a major inspiration.
